Can you believe it has been almost a month since Philip posted about recruitment? It is awesome how much buzz it has generated! We received [literally] hundreds of resumes! Sadly, we have a small Human Resources department here at Linden Lab, and this makes it very difficult for us to respond to every resume we receive. However, when you apply using our website you should receive a confirmation email so you know we have it!

My coworkers asked me to let you all know that several different departments review applications and do some preliminary screening. I assure you we are reviewing every resume that comes in, and contacting individuals with the skills we need for interviews. I apologize that we just don’t have the bandwidth to respond to everyone!

On a side note, we still need more *software* engineers! If you know of any send them our way! Meanwhile, please be patient with us.
