@103 That debug option is getting set to True by running two instances of the client at once. Anyone running more that one client at the same time needs to make sure the first copy they start is the last one they exit (i.e. the one that has voice), otherwise voice gets disabled.

Ever since the new RC update today, I have not been able to log back in, keeps saying to check the status of SL. Am I the only one having this problem? It even happens on the normal viewer too and it's not my connection at all, works fine with everything else I do.

I'll download this and give it another whirl. Had to uninstall the last RC completely because it was causing some incredibly funky behaviour on my PC. I have an nVidia GeForce 8600 GT card, and the RC was crashing on startup, when I turned around, when I used camera controls, when I used hovertips, when I was just standing there and doing nothing... In short, I gave up after about 19 crashes in one hour, and I went back to the stable viewer, which I've had no problems with at all. *g*

@97 "* Group chat totally borked (Still an issue)"

"totally borked" means sessions fail to start; sessions will start with an incoming message then immediately terminate; replies to incoming messages post after a pop-up note indicates failure to post. And we still need a means by which we can disable members from using group chat.

>>Disabled Avatar Imposters to address suspected cause of increased crashes on nVidia cards<<

So very glad to see this in here. I am still gonna use Nicholaz Viewer, but... I had my suspicion that the avatar imposters were causing crashes with my nVidia. I actually turned Avatar rendering maxed up while leaving on imposters and it seemed to help, though my card was struggling as it was forced to render so much Avatar detail. So slowed down performance, but stopped the annoying crashing seemingly associated with AV draw distance and Imposters on, and moving the camera about to face a group of AV imposters.

#139, I got that with 1.20.0. I think thats what this points to about it: "(potential fix) Runtime Library error after quitting SL"

Its the Smartheap Memory Manager... again... causing that
