when rezzing new prims, and applying sculptie textures I noticed many don't form but just stay as a sphere, I am hoping its client related as I *upgraded* to 1.18.5.3 last night, will try rezzing tonight to see if its just the client or SL itself.....me suspects the latter tho :(

My heart goes out to all who have even tried to seriously build or run any kind of business, since this last release SL is worse than I have ever known it. I have never ever ever had crashes in anything with out of memory crashes till the last few weeks.

Even early euro mornings with under 36000 ppl on line it was lagged, unplayably slow and unco-operative. To think LL want to make this pile of poo a compulsory viewer update beggars belief.

All weekend it's been dire, souring what fun we could wring from wasting our hours and money here. Twas a struggle to stay on line with my friends and loved ones let alone indulge in anything.

It was so sh@t it was quicker to tp into somewhere, log out and back in than let it load on its own accord!! WTF LL are you playing about at, all we ask is a reasonably pleasant and stable envirionment to justify our US$ input.

This applies to all viewers which then means it is the base program that runs this pos. Animations that were carefully crafted last week are now just junk I grow weary of a system that does maintain consistency this makes it impossible to build with any accuracy LINDENS stop with all the crap and add ons fix the game I for one am growing sick of you total incompetence. The animation I am talking about was an end looping animation with the loop at 88.33 percent it now has lost all reference to this location thanks a lot perhaps you should go work for the government Sick and tired of talking to the wind.

Why can we not choose a preset to be the default we want to use? Every time I log in, I have to go into Advanced Sky and reselect Coastal Sunset, which is the environment I prefer.

I'd much rather have my client just remember which preset and settings I used last and open SL with those.

@ 70

If it's the same thing I had happen to me in the past there is a way to turn them back if they are modify.
If in edit appearance you change a slider of your eyes like the color for example (not the eye shape) and save then the black should be gone and and afterwards you can go reverse the change you applied if needed.

Can anyone provide a work around for my eyes being dark like a possessed demon?
I'm sure it's cool for some role playing, but I'm not particularly interested in vampire/demon/whatever role play, Is this the 'asset server' problem that others are talking about? Thanks.
