		<description>wasn't sure where to turn to thats under 50 comments so here goes, lot of people have earned thousands of linden so why do they still keep it around 2L per 15 or 20 minutes, its time consuming, i have a feeling some millionaire in the sim will create a 1L per minute camp site. many will go there if we don't get logged off after 30 minutes which if we wanted to make money it should be ~ hours with land being from 200 to over 1000 per month</description>

I have reviewed your account and there are two issues here; one is the unclaimed auction 26203869 in Sababurg, and the other is the you received 397000$ Lindens from a fraudulent source.

In both cases you were notified and action was taken. 

The unclaimed auction in November 2007 was reclaimed and you were credited with 80% of the winning amount as per policy at that time. When auctioned land is unclaimed it can be put back up for auction as was done in this case.

The 397000$ Lindens acquired by you from a fraudulent source were assessed and removed from your account June 18, 2007.

I apologize for any confusion, though there is no other action that can be taken at this point with either one of these issues.

once again your so called "solution" does not solve anything from my point of view, not only is the statement "In both cases you were notified and action was taken" is incorrect you completly failed to be able to view this whole episode fairly.I have on several occassion made it clear that i did not acquire lindens from a fruadulent source, if you accuse me of obtaining lindens in that way I would be interested in knowing who or what is that source,as far as being notified that my land was to be reclaimed, please provide me with the notification as I have not received any such notification to date.Also you have denied me access to my transaction history, you again make the statement "When auctioned land is unclaimed it can be put back up for auction as was done in this case" how much did the land bring at auction ? what is 80% of that amount ? where is the transaction information regarding the sale etc ? 
Your apology is meaningless as you have taken my money illegally and you have failed again to put the rights of your customers first.
I will pursue this outside your corrupt and dishonest system.

I hope this is acceptable to you. I also recently bought a plot of land at your auction, which I can't access , I paid in U.S Dollars from my account, I hope will release the land mentioned so I can obtain ownership. I also requested a telephone call, in game IM , live chat etc. but so far no response, i think it would be easier and quicker using one of the above methods. 		<description>hi aki, thank you for your quick response, i am disappointed and confused by your decision, can you please provide me with my account transaction log from the date my account was disabled,i had land that was sold while my account was diabled, also can i ask you a question ? concerning the U.S dollar balance in my account who does it legally belong to, myself David Parker A.K.A Space Rockett or Linden Lab ? btw any info you have regarding the so called stolen lindens,would be of great help could you provide me with a copy of that, without any evidence i feel i am unable to confront the seller and ask for a refund, i can not accuse someone of illegal activity without proof.

		<description>hi my account was disabled on 20th april 07 i have sent several email to linden lab to no avail, i have also phoned, but still i'm waiting for your response could you contact me asap to resolve this matter, i think my subscription will be due for renewal soon, i.m not sure what date exactly as i can not access the relevant page, i am in the u.k and have phoned your u.k office, with no response to date, i hope to hear from you soon.

 Your Second Life account was suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service (ToS). We took this action upon being informed that you purchased Linden dollars that were fraudulently acquired by the seller. This information came in the form of a fraud dispute initiated by a credit card holder through their issuing bank. Upon conclusion of our investigation we have reason to believe you were not aware you were purchasing fraudulently obtained goods. We have therefore restored your account and noted it accordingly. As the goods you received were fraudulently obtained, we are unable to allow them to remain in your account. You are encouraged to engage the fraud recovery channels available to you that are provided by the site where you purchased these goods, and/or your payment service provider.

  I apologize for the delay. It has been busy around here lately. :). Because of the status of your account (being in a negative Linden balance/not in good standing) we are unable to process credits for you. However, if you do have funds in your account balance, that will certainly cover your monthly fees etc. Unfortunately there's nothing that we are able to do to help restore the Linden dollars that were removed from your account as we are legally obligated to remove what is essentially stolen property. The best thing you can do in this situation is contact the company or source of the Linden dollars and ask for a refund.

6/16/2007 11:28 PM PDT Reopened  Space_Rockett Rockett hi aki thank you for responding to my help request, the problem i got now is since returning to my account i find that i'm unable to process the credit , you say i obtained fraudulently also when i looked in the transaction log it was empty besides some transaction linden lab had made, i before all this happened had a inworld streaming business, i also sold a few plots of land, and now have no record of the transactions to help me show that i have obtained the credit hosnestly, i have not involved myself or my account in fruadulant activities and i'm being treated and punished like i'm a criminal, in fact if your investigation is correct i,m also a victim of all this and think that i'm still being made to pay even though the credit in my account was obtained legitemately, i hope you can understand my position, also if possible could you provide me with a copy of my transaction log/history from the 20.04.07 twenty april 2007- to the 12.06.07 twelve of june 2007 because as far as i'm aware i sold land during that period and have no record of the transaction or credit .. ? and also for some reason i was charged $25.00 for land tier fees ...?

Many Residents ask for road, but when we build, there's always one who contacts us and says "I liked it without a road" or "Can we have a horsepath instead of pavement" or "can we have fairy sprinkles instead of a horse path"; or sometimes "I thought Protected Land would never, ever be built on." 

We need to "manage expectations." Perhaps the default name "protected land" isn't perfect ...</description>

Michael has contacted me in reply to my enquiry about roads.  I would hope he'd respond here as well, but if he doesnt the gist of the matter is that *residents have actaully COMPLAINED when LL started to inprove and pave the roads*.  

That's right.  Your (and MY) fellow sim residents actually bitched at Michael for building roads.  Since they can't make everyine happy *chuckle* they just thought it'd be better to hold off until more feedback can be gathered and logistsics of resident-built content are figured out more sufficiently.
