Given that type of offline time I've been waiting until people start asking for a refresh, figuring that more availability of the Beta Preview is a better choice than being completely up to date with user accounts. Maybe should split the difference, more like once a month? I remember back during voice beta testing the refreshes were almost every week. I wonder why they are so uncommon now.
