Fix for Clickthrough Stats on Classifieds (Public JIRA VWR-3200)

Operations is currently pushing a fix to all regions which will repair summary statistics for classified ad clickthroughs.

This patch will not require simulator restarts.

[EDIT] This is a fix to VWR-3200.
