Look at Sidewinder's threads about Havok4, the people that present their critism and problems in a adult and intelligent manner get a response and normaly the problem is solved. I also cant remember a single time that I have been offered compensation from a electric or a phone company for instance because of a outage. If a resturant has poor food and poor service do you keep going back and complaining and venting? Or do you find another resturant?
