[RESOLVED 9:54 - Twilight] The support portal is back up and running. Thank you for your patience during this brief interruption!

    … The planned system update went very poorly yesterday, impacting systems and logins for thousands of users, and apparently also bollixing the Support Portal later on. The rolling restart that was supposed to go ahead will now go ahead this-afternoon…
