[8:05 am PST] Sending attachments with your tickets is available again. 

[4:15 am PST] It is currently not possible to attach files to your support tickets. We are working on resolving the issue as soon as possible. It is still possible to file tickets but attaching a file is not possible. 
You can either wait to file the ticket or attach the screenshot later by updating the ticket.
