Am I missing something? I was going to download WindLight to my new laptop, but clicking on "Download It Here!!!' simply takes me to a page ( http://secondlife.com/community/firstlook.php ) that says: 'There are no first look viewers available at this time.' Huh????

Amazing how the difference is much more remarkable and better.
Effects are fantastics and seems really reals.

No doubt the team is doing their best to improve second life and to get it all better. Best wishes for the team Linden Lab

I love WindLight. It's the most beautiful addition I've seen to SL thus far. My only gripe with it is that on my laptop (with a 512mb nvida Quadro FX 350M), I seem to not be able to enjoy the Water Reflections & the Atmospheric Shaders at the same time. I have to choose between the beautiful water or the beautiful sky, never to have both.

I too have had the problem of missing prims, but not often. Today was my first time dealing with it, and I think that's because I was fooling around with my configuration too much.

I love the look of WindLight and use it all the time. I do find though that i crash when i try to transport of a landmark stored in my inventory. Is this on the list of things to fix?

overall, windlight has merit. Now shows some things better and others worse, as expected, but it works! We need some more realistic presest, sorry Torley, but most of us like real colors!

also : BRING BACK THE BANDWIDTH AND PACKET LOSS BARS
the Lag Meter, while a good tool, is not a substitute!
