Within the past few minutes, a change to grid configuration has cost approximately 1/16th of our residents the ability to engage in group chats. Logins may also be affected for the same residents.

Operations has pressed a giant red “Undo” button, and this inconvenience should be over very shortly. We’ll keep you posted, and we apologize to those affected.
