[FIXED] Some Second Life Regions Offline

Bad circuit breaker, BAD!   One fuse, about 700 regions hit.  They’re on the way back up right now.  About 40 regions left to restart, and we’re getting those next… –teeple

There are several Regions down at the moment in Second Life. We are working to get those regions back online as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.
