[7:16 AM PST] [Resolved] The Second Life Support Portal functionality has returned.  Access to Live Chat and Ticket Submission has been restored.  Thank you for your patience

[7:00 AM PST] The Second Life Support Portal is experiencing issues and at this time is down. Live Chat and Ticket Submission is currently unavailable. We will update you here when we have further information. Thank you for your continued patience.
