[5:06 AM PST] - Earlier in the week we identified that foreign language emails sent to our special support email addresses were not being received properly. It was thought that this problem was resolved but it appears this is not the case.

Our sincere apologies for this and for the ongoing inconvenience this is causing our residents whose first language is not English. We will endeavour to restore the email system as soon as possible.
