[RESOLVED] Support Portal Maintenance Saturday Night

[RESOLVED] The maintenance is finished, and the support portal is back online.

Just a reminder…

This coming Saturday, 27 October, our support portal will be off line between 6:00 pm and 11:00 pm PDT for system maintenance. This includes the live chat, the ticketing system and the knowledge base.

We’ll blog again at the beginning and end of the maintenance period. We apologize for the inconvenience.
