[RESOLVED] Some XML-RPC-based vendors failing to deliver across regions

Our Operations and Web teams have spotted the main reason vendor networks which communicate via XML-RPC have been failing to make reliable deliveries across regional boundaries this morning. They’re continuing to trace the problem to make sure they’ve diagnosed it thoroughly, and we hope to blog an all-clear very shortly.
