Our voice provider (Vivox) has resolved an internal problem. Voice appears to be working normally.  Vivox has added an additional layer of monitoring for this type of issue to help prevent them in the future.

Our voice provider says they are seeing a problem internally. Updates to follow.

“Spatial” voice chat is currently broken on the mainland. If you have voice chat enabled, you will see this message when walking or flying from place to place on the mainland:

“We’re sorry. This area has has reached maximum capacity for voice conversations. Please try to use voice in another area.”

Person-to-person voice chat (IM) and group voice chat are still working. Spatial voice chat on private estates should still work.

I am working with our voice provider on this issue.
