I’m happy to announce our latest Liaison Specialists who are serving you in our various Support groups!
Patch Linden and Kosmo Linden have joined our Concierge team. Trinity Linden is working with our Governance team. Last but not least Kate Linden joins up with our IWorld team. They are scattered across the US and Australia which will add to building up our availability in the various support groups.

Hello U M! Yes IWorld is a merged team formerly known as IWE- In World Experience and our International team. They work together answering requests and tickets coming in through our groovy Support Portal which a link can be found in world at Help/Additional Help or at our website Support section.

Yes SL needs more in world helpers, not necessarily for the concierge clients, but across the board.
Any investment in customer support/assistance is a good one as I’ve found out in the real world. You keep your clients happy and get to keep them. Neglect them and wave bye.

It’s a good thing that there will be more Lindens in world(whether they respond or not, I’ll see)

Oh wait, that’s not right, every time they sent me junk to read, they closed my ticket saying it was SOLVED!

New people our very nice, but we REALLY need a way to easily report abuse and griefer objects when we do NOT know the name of the perpetrator. The smart griefers leave annonymous objects that attack when we just tp into a site.

So, tell me just why, oh seer of all, did you choose to CENSOR what I said? What was so wrong with it? I asked a question, I posed an issue, I was on topic, and yet, you choose to CENSOR my comment.
Yay, seems like Uncle Philip has finally returned from the Serbia, and is putting those Cold War practices right into practice!
So, once again, let me say, there was a time when Support meant something to you Char, I’m sorry to see it doesn’t anymore, I really thought you had more class then that.
