[RESOLVED] Temporary service outage

At 8:00PM Pacific approximately 900 regions went offline for a short period of time. Most of these regions have been brought back online and Ops is working to restore service to the remaining offline regions.

[8:45PM Pacific] Ops and the Grid Monkey have restored service to the remaining offline regions!
