Change to the starting bid for region auctions

We have made a change to the starting bid for mainland region auctions today, increasing the opening bid amount from USD$1000 to USD$1250. This change only affects the full region auctions for mainland, it does not affect monthly fees, nor auctions for smaller parcels.
