Support Portal Provider Downtime
Friday, June 1st, 2007 at 3:15 PM by: cynlindenThe vendor that hosts our support portal has some mandatory downtime this weekend, Saturday June 2nd, 09:00 PM EDT - Sunday June 3rd, 02:00 AM EDT and Saturday June 9th, 09:00 PM EDT – Sunday June 10th 06:00 AM. That means the Support Portal will be down as well. Luckily this won’t happen often, but we wanted to be sure to let you know that it was happening.
Since we don’t truly have any “slow times” any longer we won’t say it is during on off-time, but hopefully it won’t be too inconvenient for too many people. Save those support requests and post them to us when we come back up.
We will be monitoring the grid tool closely for region problems, and will extend the rollback buffer to allow for the downtime.
This will not affect Second Life or the regular website in any way.
