Help Request plays a VITAL role in SL. There are so many times the Lindens responding have prevented catastrophic problems with the grid by dealing with griefers and their mess before it becomes a problem.

Even your Live Helpers are saying this is a boneheaded move.

How are we supposed to get someone out to check the SIM when some GRIEFER has put out 10,000 Particle Spewing items? Removing HELP Request is not a very good way to IMPROVE customer service. How are we supposed to get someone out to clean up those messes and reset a SIM when it's crashing? I think there are alot of things here you've NOT answered before you remove the feature. How to handle this kinds of things via e-mail? I think leave it in but if it is used for non-urgent matters (one day no play) I could live with that so it's only used for urgent business.
