THE LINDENS WONT TELL YOU BUT WE WILL
We JUST SPENT TEN MINUTES ON PHONE WITH SUPPORT FOR THIRD TIME AND THE PROBLEM IS RESOLVED

THERE IS A SIMPLE FIX, CALL SUPPORT LINE , HAVE THEM CLEAR YOUR ACCOUNT INFO AND THEN THEY WILL INSTRUCT YOU TO RELOG YOUR INFORMATION AND IT WORKS WE TESTED ON THREE ACCOUNTS. 
WHY THE LINDENS HAVE FAILED TO POST THIS EASY FIX OR NOTIFY ALL CITIZENS IS QUITE SIMPLY BEYOND US. 

NOW, we aarlier spoke to help person online and asked where to buy lindens, the first person ignored us, 
the second attemp they directed us to 2 pages the third response is posted below.

		<description>Any business which is unable to allow customers to use it for almost a week is not being managed correctly.  Any business, which thinks it's online staff saying "soon" is sufficient response to its customers' queries as to why they are unable to spend money through the business, requires investment in basic customer service techniques.  

"Soon" is what I say to restless children in the car when I lazily can't be bothered calculating an exact ETA.  

I am not an SL business and I pay US $84.95 monthly to play and generally spend around US $100 more.

I am off down the RL pub where there is no lag, I can walk in and out of doors without being incapable of moving for ages followed by a lapse into unconsciousness, I can talk to people without my sentences coming out in the wrong order, no-one appears completely grey and featureless for the first 10 minutes they arrive, I don't delete things accidently because of sudden visual freezes, everything in my wardrobe etc at home (or shall we say my inventory) will still be there when I get back, no-one will have built a huge structure 5 metres away from my front windows during ths short time I am out and the owner of the establishment is pleased to take my money for the service they offer or would give an intelligent explanation, adult to adult, if they are not.

One of course aspires to be pragmatic, so after a week, I think it's accepting of me, reasonably so, that SL may never get its act together and I should utilise some of my intelligence and take my business elsewhere.

If SL were to take part in a tea-time game show of businesses, hosted by their customers, they would be the first to hear the words.....

		<description>Hello?  Any update on the status of getting billing working?  It's been a week now.  You'd think that correcting the billing would be at the top of the priority list as it gives LL positive cashflow.  If we can't update our CC info and buy Lindens then there's not money for them.  

PLEASE give us an update on when it will be corrected.

I may not run a business but I am a consumer... I would love to give SL businesses my dollars but can't right now.  Luckily my girlfriend had enough to cover tier on one of our properties but we have another due next week... I'm taking for granted that the problems will hopefully be corrected at least by then.</description>

		<description>I just wanted to let you know, that I could solve my billing problem by calling the Linden Support Line. The person was really helpful and although it took a while he managed to delete the old credit card information and I could reenter the new one. After some minutes I was able to reactivate my account and also to log into SL (the first time after a week ....) 
I just wanted to let you know that the Support Line did a good job in my case and also that they are aware of the problems and working hard on it.</description>

		<description>Unreal, paypal shows an active agreement with a verified account but Linden Labs is showing me as still needing to pay my land tier. Even cancelling the current active agreements and starting a new one shows Paypal has made the agreement but upon further inspection, Linden Labs say an error occured and does not show my account as having payment info. Incredible! How many days does it take to fix something like this?</description>

My payment details have been "update pending" no matter what I tried. Just like coldFuSion, I too had to sell off lindens to cover land tier payments - Paid USD into SLExchange account, bought lindens through SLExchange, withdrew lindens in-world, sell lindens via Lindex - WHAT A HASSLE!! All that so I can pay off my land tier fees due to SL system glitch!!!

Please sort it out SOON .... PLeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaasssssssseeeee.</description>
