Group Notices don’t work in Second Life 1.13.0 (10)

[Dec. 7 @ 3:00 PM PST] Good news, this bug has been fixed internally. Watch for it in a future version of Second Life, coming soon.

[Dec. 6 @ 10:15 AM PST] Apparently, Group Notices were also broken in last week’s release, 1.13.0 (8); strange the comments just started coming in recently. Thanks Josh Linden.

Just received word Group Notices don’t work in Second Life 1.13.0 (10). We’ll have a fix ASAP.

You can discuss this and other problems in the Technical Talk forums, but please make sure to send a bug report inworld from Help menu > Report Bug if you notice a feature that doesn’t behave as expected, and include a solid reproduction.
