[7:54 AM PST] Search should generally be working fine — Search > Places tab will still show “Service unavailable.” until that’s fixed. Thanks Joe. :) Also, we’ve gotten inquiries about Classifieds only being able to be searched by title. I’ve reported that.

It’s early morning and we’ve got another update for you! Just got the following news from Harry Linden, who’s part of our Liaisons team on the frontline inworld:

  • At the moment teleports from island to island are still failing for some.
Teleporting to the mainland and then to their destination is helping.

  • Those who can’t see the water when they arrive in a region can restore it
by going to World menu > Region/Estate and then closing this window.

  • Search functions are still returning Service Unavailable at the moment; our grid team will continue to work on it.

  • We’re also receiving reports of erroneous parcel full messages. These look like: "Second Life: Objects in [REGION NAME] are unable to be created because the parcels they are being created on are full. Notifications from this region are temporarily deactivated.” If you get one of these, please use Help menu > Report Bug and let us know (it automatically enters the region name).

Thanx, AstroHog Harry! :)

If you’re unable to get partnering working for you, please contact us at support@secondlife.com with the specific details, including your Second Life name and the name of the Resident you’re trying to partner with.

More to come… it always does.
