At the end of they day you often get what you pay for though. Can a systems admin may a six figure salary working for linden labs, for some reason I doubt it. I got a huge load of experience and I know oh so much about SL - i even got the debug menu up once ^_^. (In-world people - I'll show the picture to you if you want proof!)
